Interdisciplinary treatment in office bleaching for discoloration teeth with altered passive eruption: a case report

Objective: This case report aims to present in office bleaching treatment restore the aesthetics of teeth a minimally in-vasive manner on 35-year-oldwoman who had discolored teeth. The patient has habit consuming tea 2 times day. Method: Tooth discoloration is treated by using 40% hydrogen peroxide. In addition discoloration, also experienced altered passive eruption thus crown lengthening was performed 13 23 perio-dontist. Two weeks later, performed. Result: There an increase 4 gradessubsequent from shade guide number 7 (D2) 3 (W3) with cervical improvement. Conclusion: effective treating tooth and able provide satisfactory results.
